This page reflects privacy and account-deletion information already present in the current Vobido application.

Vobido uses your mobile number for account authentication and uses location when you ask Vobido to detect or show your nearby market. Business details, catalogue information and product images that you publish may be visible to visitors of your Digital Store and nearby Market.

Location information may be sent to map, geocoding and location-search service providers only to provide location and nearby-market functionality. Vobido also uses Firebase services for authentication, database and storage functionality. Vobido does not request background location permission.

You can request deletion of your account from My Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your Vobido business listing, catalogue product records and uploaded catalogue images associated with the account, subject to any data that must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

You can delete your account directly inside the app. An external deletion information/request page is also provided for users who cannot access the app.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of information, prices, offers, images and other content they publish. Users must not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing or abusive content. Vobido may restrict or remove content or accounts that misuse the platform or violate applicable law or platform rules.
